Attorney Michelle M. Swardenski

Attorney Michelle M. Swardenski left behind the beautiful flatirons of Boulder, Colorado where she attended law school, to return home to practice law in the Fox Valley. She is licensed to practice law not only in the State of Wisconsin, but also in Wisconsin's Federal Courts and the Seventh Circuit.

Attorney Swardenski's primary areas of practice are family law, guardian ad litem, wills and trusts, school law, guardianships, and adoption. Prior to entering law school, Attorney Michelle M. Swardenski used her degree in Psychology to serve the mentally ill, individuals with substance abuse issues, and at risk youth. She brings the same dedication to her legal practice.

Prior to opening Swardenski Law, LLC, Attorney Michelle M. Swardenski worked diligently in private practice with local law firms and was a staff attorney in Dane and Outagamie County. Attorney Swardenski has a remarkable background in a variety of legal issues that are addressed at the circuit court level. She uses this tremendous background to her advantage in her practice areas. Attorney Swardenski also spent time working as a prosecutor and possesses strength and confidence in the courtroom. While serving as a prosecutor, Attorney Michelle M. Swardenski spearheaded the first Tri-County domestic violence victim impact panel.

Currently, Attorney Michelle M. Swardenski serves with pride as the President of the Neenah Joint School District Board of Education. She also served as a Neenah Rotarian. When she is not hard at work, you will find her teaching her daughters and nieces the beauty of gardening and the challenge of kayaking- or possibly the challenge of gardening and the beauty of kayaking.
